Introducing Philippine Agawa Sugar

The creation of our sugar is organic from start to finish, even so far as no machines of any type being used in any part of the process. We can surely say our sugar is even more oranic than the most high quality Rapadura sugar available on the internet. We stress that the process in grinding the sugar cane is done in a fully organic manner using a carabao powered crushing mechanism made only of wood. It seems that Rapadura sugar is using a metal bladed device that might be gas or electric powered for crushing (it is unclear from their website how their device is powered). So for those concerned with not only the organic quality, but also the environmental impact, then our sugar is even more environmentally friendly than Rapadura.

Of course no fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides or anything unnatural is used in growing our sugar cane. There are no machines used in the harvest, each stalk is cut by hand, and each leaf is fed to the carabao.
